Cathy’s Kombucha is lovingly handcrafted using the same SCOBY culture, recipe and method used in a Monastery in the Quebec region. Our Premium Artisan blends are fermented in small glass jars to bring you the cleanest, most refreshing, naturally effervescent taste we are known for. The “little blessings” indicate our enzymes are alive, thriving and of exceptional quality. If found, the baby SCOBY is safe to consume. Strain if desired. Anytime is Kombucha time! Primary producer. Raise boer goats for meat have heard of 300 goats. Also raise red veal, beef and chicken. In partnership with Crosswind Farm, sell goat cheese, soap, and milk. Goats in Motion was established Nov. 1, 2012. We have a small farm store outlet.
Gunn’s Hill Artisan Cheese is a small artisan cheese plant nestled within the rolling hills of Gunn’s Hill Rd., in Oxford County, Ontario. The cheeses produced at Gunn’s Hill Artisan Cheese are truly unique although you can taste the Swiss influence from techniques and recipes Shep learned while making cheese in the town of Handeck, in the Swiss Alps.
