Milton Chamber of Commerce

Since 1990, the Milton Chamber of Commerce has offered $1,000 scholarships to students attending their first year of post-secondary education; one for a student from each Milton high school including E.C. Drury for the Deaf, one for a high school student registered in an Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program and one for a son or daughter of a Chamber member.

The Chamber Scholarship Program is also funded through the Annual Sports Celebrity Dinner & Auction. Proceeds from these initiatives allow the Chamber to ensure an ongoing endowment fund for advancing post-secondary education in our community.

Cathy’s Kombucha is lovingly handcrafted using the same SCOBY culture, recipe and method used in a Monastery in the Quebec region. Our Premium Artisan blends are fermented in small glass jars to bring you the cleanest, most refreshing, naturally effervescent taste we are known for. The “little blessings” indicate our enzymes are alive, thriving and of exceptional quality. If found, the baby SCOBY is safe to consume.  Strain if desired. Anytime is Kombucha time! Cathy’s Kombucha, naturally, for life!

GreenLane is a five year old, boutique winery located in Vineland, Ontario. We craft small batches of hand harvested wines with a production count just shy of 5,000 cases. Although we do not yet hold organic certification, we practice biodynamic and organic practices in both the vineyards and cellars, and believe strongly in buying local and working with our neighbours and local suppliers for our retail space.

Our name translates from Spanish to English as “Latin Flavours”.  Chilean native Maria Ellenia Rattray-Gutierrez, has always been interested in healthy eating and living.  We use local fresh produce and ant-biotic free meats to create products that are a fusion of unique home recipes from different parts of Latin America.  “Our food tastes clean because it is.”
