Bacon-on-a-Bun and so much more!
The Milton Chamber of Commerce is pleased to partner with Troy’s Dinner to operate the Scholarship Cafe. This partnership allows the Chamber to focus on what it does best…operating the market and allows Troy’s to focus on what they do best…serving great food. A portion of the proceeds will continue to fund the Chamber’s Scholarship Program.
Of course Troy will continue to offer the ever-popular Bacon-on-a-bun sandwich but they will also be offering a much wider selection of products from their restaurant. “This partnership means that Market Goers will be able to enjoy expanded menu offerings from a familiar favourite.” said Scott McCammon, President & CEO of the Milton Chamber of Commerce.

Our Premium Artisan blends are fermented in small glass jars to bring you the cleanest, most refreshing, naturally effervescent taste we are known for. The “little blessings” indicate our enzymes are alive, thriving and of exceptional quality. If found, the baby SCOBY is safe to consume. Strain if desired. Anytime is Kombucha time! Cathy’s Kombucha, naturally, for life!
